GENERAL FAQs
How much will my project cost?
We offer 3 design payment options: Monthly Subscription, Pay-by-the-Project, and Hourly Fee. We also have separate 3D Rendering pricing. Please refer to our Pricing page for detailed information. Free, fast quotes are always available!
Who owns the finished design?
Final print-ready files are provided to you upon receipt of final payment. All original intellectual property you provide to us remains yours. Note: copyright of stock photography purchased by Wolak Design Studio cannot be transferred — however, you may purchase photography separately and provide it to us. Editable/source files can be released for an agreed additional fee.
Can you do it right now?
We make every accommodation we can! Rush orders are possible for an additional fee. Typically our standard turnaround is 3–5 business days for design work. Printed materials typically take 2–3 weeks domestic and 4–6 weeks international. Production estimates start after printer proofs are signed off.
SUBSCRIPTION FAQs
Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer?
The annual cost of a full-time senior designer exceeds $100,000 plus benefits! And you may not always have enough work to keep them busy. With our monthly subscription, you can pause or cancel at the end of any monthly cycle — you only pay when you have work.
How does the pause feature work?
You can pause your subscription at the end of any monthly billing cycle. Pausing allows you to conveniently restart when ready, and you keep the same subscription rate. Note: If paused for 1 year with no work, the subscription will be cancelled. A new subscription can be ordered, but price increases may apply.
Is there a request limit?
You can add as many requests as you like to your queue — no limit! However, designs are delivered one at a time. Each project is finalized before the next one begins.
How fast will I receive my designs?
On average, designs are delivered within 2–3 business days. More complex requests may take a bit longer.
How do I request designs?
We are very flexible! Requests can be submitted via email, phone, Zoom, Google Docs, or any method that works best for you.
What if I don't like the design?
We continue revising until you are 100% satisfied! Your happiness with the final design is our top priority.
Are there any refunds?
We do not offer refunds. However, we are fully committed to providing high-quality work and will continue revising until you are completely happy with the result.
