What is included in the subscription?
Your monthly subscription covers graphic design, product packaging, 3D renderings, and print management. You can request any combination of these services throughout the month.
How does the queue work?
Submit as many projects as you need. We work on them one at a time in the order they are received. As soon as one project is complete, we begin the next.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes. You can pause or cancel your subscription at the end of any monthly billing cycle. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
What types of files do you deliver?
We deliver print-ready production files in industry standard formats including AI, PSD, PDF, EPS, and high-resolution JPG/PNG as needed for your project.
